I paid for a month of Lightroom premium but didn't get it!!

I am from Algeria and Lightroom Mobile Premium does not support payment in my country's currency, so I gave my friend in France an account. He opened emails with him and paid me a premium month. Then after he closed the account and I reopened it, I didn't find it as premium. Then he reopened it and didn't find it as premium. But €7.99 was taken from his account... What is the solution now? I have a screenshot of the payment but I didn't receive an email notification...

did you purchase via a mobile app store, or adobe.com?

No. I made a purchase via the mobile app.

then you should contact the mobile app store where you purchased.
