I got the apps download page, but I logged out from my account and decided to download the apps later.

I trid to login with my account, but I got that I am using social account(gmail) asked me to login with it, after I logged in, it shows me I have to buy a plan.

I tried to login throght different devices but all says no plan.

What should I do know?

Thanks

Please contact support for assistance on this as only they can help in account. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

P.S. Be mindful of answering anyone who sends you a private message. See the following for more information about scammers

Thank you Manan.

I got the following message in the chat:

Please sign in with an active plan to continue with phone assistance. I found no record of an active plan linked to. "

Is there an email address for the support?

Thank a lot.

Probably try Twitter, @19130039

P.S.:- I will remove your email from the post to prevent spammers from bothering you.

P.P.S.:- Adobe does not provide support via email, so if someone emails you for the same high chances are that it's a scammer.
