I paid for the Lightroom but I can't use it, Adobe genius please help.

Done. A real agent helped me to cancel my subscription and refund my payment, and then re-subscribed again.

It said I have "Billing Issue" and asked me to update payment method. I changed to other credit card and it still showed the same while I am sure both two cards information are valid. 

Anyway, I have already prepaid on Jun. I am sure I shall be able to use Lightroom even I deleted all my payment method.
