I paid through still no subscription is active

I bought the student plan just now and paid through UPI and the autopay started and the money also got deducted but my plan didn’t got active

    I see that you spoke with us in case ADB-46207120-P8Q3, where your transaction was confirmed. You can use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html if you need to make any updates to your recent support case.

     

    I can confirm that your Adobe Express subscription is active, @Anonymous070. Are you trying to use Express on a computer or device that an organization manages? This could explain why you are not showing the subscription as active. Most schools and organizations block access to individual plans. This is especially true if they offer their own Creative Cloud subscription, ​@Anonymous070.

    does it show your subscription?

     

    if so, sign out of the cc desktop app and sign in using that account.
