I purchased my daughter the student plan and now it is a "Team plan"?? I can't cancel now?

I purchased my daughter the Student plan for Christmas.   All it asked for was her school email address to verify she was a student.   Once we had everything installed I see that many of the apps are not available.   It says we now have a "Team Plan" and I cannot chat Adobe customer support or change my plan without contacting my administrator.  I have no clue who that would be and why this happened? I cannot find a phone number for Adobe anywhere either.   Help!?

Who did you purchase the "student plan" from? 

If it wasn't purchased directly from Adobe, you need to contact the vendor.
