I receive a pop up about a billing issue each month

@Jeffrey_A_Wright I am responding with reporting the exact same problem that ​@Andre_Langer9558 already faced and it´s the same problem in all details Andre already described. Pop-up every month around time of debiting, stating there is a “Billing Issue” while the payment has already been processed by my bank without problems and, checking my Adobe account, has faced no issues whatsoever.

This problem is persisting because here I am, 7 months later.

Please advise, is there ANY way to resolve this because it really wears ones patience thin.
