I received an email a week ago saying my account was detected to be fraudulent. How that was done, but funny you removed me from using Adobe products but still charged me this month fee. Maybe Adobe is being fraudulent!

I want an explanation on my account. This needs to be fixed. I pay with my Amex for this very reason and I don’t have to ask you for a refund but just tell Amex that you are not providing me services and still charged me a payment. They will reverse it. I have tried to contact customer service and that is a horrible experience. I want to know and understand what happened to my account for you to remove my access but still charge me a full price for it?????
