I received an email from Adobe that says I can download Freelance, Business, and Stuff from Hoodzpah Design, free for a limited time. The “Redeem now” link does not work. I contacted Adobe support directly and they were unable to even understand what I was talking about. They referred me to this forum instead of helping directly.

The benefit you are referencing is for an ebook that is offered for Hoodzpah. I believe there was a limited number of copies available.

Please reach out to https://adobe.ly/4uohIyi for more information about the offer's availability. If no more copies are available, then it could explain why the code was not accepted.
