I redeem two mensual codes and the subscription shows me only one month. How can I solve it?

I redeemed two mensual codes for Creative Cloud Pro and the subscription it was extended only for one month but both codes appear as redeemed.

How can I solve it?

    If you purchased a duplicate code, check with the seller to confirm any restrictions placed on it. You will want to double-check with the provider of the code to determine the type of code you purchased or were provided.
