I regret putting in my payment info for this company

i just wanna get rid of my account im done with this i just wanted for my billing info to be off the site after im done using it but i cant because they keep charging me then when i want to talk to support i just get an stupid AI that had to be programed by a men with down syndrome if your on the fritz of paying for this DONT they wont delete your personal info

if you have any subscriptions or trials they must be cancelled.  then you can remove your account: go to https://www.adobe.com/privacy.html, click contact us and request your adobe id be deleted.

 

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
