I renewed but it is still telling me to renew

Hi please help!

 

when i went onto my lightroom app it said I needed to renew my subscription so I did. But when I went back on it said I still needed to renew. I tried to restore my purchase and also log out then back in. Nothing has worked. When I press the renew button it says I have already renewed?? Please help I cant edit any of my photos!!

Log-in to your online account to verify that your plan is active.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

I also experience with this
