I renewed my subscription and it disappeared the next day.

I've been using Lightroom on my phone for over 5 years. I was able to buy a subscription last year and renewed it this year. It worked on my phone the first day, but not on my tablet. Then it worked on my tablet too. Today I logged in and it's not working on my phone or tablet. What's wrong? I'm paying a pretty penny for a year's subscription, but I still haven't received it. Please renew my subscription or give me a refund!

did you subscribe via a mobile app store or via adobe. com?

through the mobile app store. I just renewed it because I already had it.
