I see duplicate charges under my account

Duplicate charges since October 2025. I opened a chat ticket a month ago and you only refunded 3 months.

    I’m having same problem.  My account shows one billing per month but my bank statement shows between 2 and 4 payments per month. Chat help is telling me I must have two accounts. I do not have two accounts. So frustrating.

    I’m going to file a Deceptive Trade Practices claim with the State of WI.

    And the chat person just ended the chat without helping me.
