I sign up using my former employer's email address. They are now out of business.

I retired from a company that no longer exists. They were going under fast. I signed up using my google email, but somehow, I was automatically switched to my companies email as a sign-up method. Now, I cannot verify. Emails for verification continue to go to an account that has been discontinued. My phone numbers linked to the company's email is also outdated. I cannot verify, so I called the company. They told me to log into my company email, but I don’t have one anymore. My 7-day trial ends today in about 7 hours. I have been trying to cancel since 6:00 pm and it is now 2:42 am the next day. This is CRAZY. No one can assist me and they will charge me $29.99. I will not pay and dispute the charges. This is a waste of everyones time. They should have a failure system in place.

Thank you for posting, @Timothy Winans.

I can see why this has been frustrating, especially after spending so much time trying to access an account tied to an email address you no longer control.

I reviewed the account used to create this discussion and am not seeing any active Adobe subscriptions or trial memberships associated with it. Based on that, there does not appear to be an active plan on this account that would generate a subscription charge.

It's possible the trial or account you're referring to was created under a different Adobe account or email address. You may want to review the following document, which includes steps to locate an Adobe account using other account information:

If you have questions after reviewing the document, please update this public discussion thread, @Timothy Winans.

Now that I am not happy, all of my postings are now being reviewed by moderators. Unbelievable.

I have tried everything that you mentioned. I cannot verify my email account because I don’t have one. The telephone numbers are old and obsolete. With my primary and alternate emails no longer active, I have no idea how ADOBE activated on those inactive emails. They were active not long ago, so I am thinking that they were active and now they are not. I cannot contact the admin. on the accounts. Since I also called the phone numbers listed 1800-833-6687 and 0120-921-104, I will not pay when charged. I tried everything I could do possible (my very best) and it is still approx. 6 hours until my 7-day trial ends, I will dispute this charge. It should not be this hard. If I cannot verify, there should be a way of changing my number or email address to a closed account and then verify. It’s 2:51 am and I have been at it since yesterday at 6:00 pm. I know computers, and this is not natural. I am very dissatisfied. I feel like I have been baited and then I will get charged when I feel now, the program is too expensive for what it does. I chatted with “what I thought” was a person, but it was an AI that took me on a merry-go-round. I will delete every single credit card in my PayPal account so that you will not be able to charge me. I already contacted my bank and said to put a freeze on my credit card. You could of made this much easier.
