I signed up a few months ago for a free trial, since then I haven’t used Adobe but it took our 9.98 from my bank every month and I didn’t know how to cancel my subscription since it wasn’t on the App Store, how do I get a refund?

I’ve tried contacting support but no email is shown on the app or website.

    You mention app store… did you buy from Apple or Google Play?

    You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.
