I have the acrobat app on my pc and when I started the 7 day free trial, i wasnt signed in. But i did fill in all my banking detail an such. And after I realized my mistake, i signed in and did the whole 7 day free trial sign up again. But I got an email for the second one.

No im worried that the first attempt is active but isnt showing. Is that a possibility?

I apologize for any confusion you encountered during the signup process.

I reviewed your account and can confirm that there were two subscriptions associated with it: Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat. Both subscriptions were canceled on September 12, and there are currently no active subscriptions on the account.

Based on the account status, you do not need to worry about a hidden trial that is still running. If a separate trial had been successfully activated, it would normally be tied to an Adobe account and appear in your plans.

You can verify your current subscription status here:

    https://account.adobe.com/plans

I understand why receiving only one confirmation email would be concerning, but the account information indicates that both subscriptions have already been canceled.

Ok so it happened. The thing I was afraid of. The money tried going off but luckily I moved the money out of my main account into another. How can I reach out to abode to look into this?

Thanks guys I really appreciate it. I was just worried that the first attempt went through and it didnt show. Because like I stated i wasnt signed into my abode account when I signed up for the free trial. But it still asked me for my banking details and my email adres and all those things. But when I finished my free trial subscription and I got back to the app on my pc, nothing happened. Hence where i realized that i wasnt actually signed into my account for it to register. And when I finally signed in I had to do the free trial sign up AGAIN. Hence my confusion. But if the first attempt somehow failed then I'm happy.

Sorry if my explanation is a bit confusing. It sounds like something that shouldnt be able to happen but it did...😅

But thank you again. I will keep you updated om what happens end of the week.

@Whimsical_imagination44f9 I don’t think that is possible. Normally, Adobe would normally prompt you to sign in or create an account before the trial is fully activated. Look in your Spam/Junk folders to see if there are more emails from Adobe. If the first attempt fully activated a trial, I'd expect a confirmation email for it. Since you only received an email for the second signup after signing in, that suggests the first attempt may not have completed. I'd log into your Adobe account and check your Plans & Payment section to confirm that only one trial is active.
