I started a 7 day free trial of Adobe Illustrator. I made sure I had the FREE trial option multiple times. Immediately after activating it, my card was billed and my money was taken without my permission.

Question

I had an option to get Adobe Illustrator for free. It said I would pay nothing for the first 7 days, but immediately after activation of the free trial i was billed the full amount. Here is the SMS from my bank as proof of it taking my money, 38,55 BAM.

I was thinking of buying a few months of Adobe Illustrator after the free trial, but after this I’m very discouraged to spend any money on any Adobe service ever.

what do you mean by, ..”you had the trial multiple times”?you can only have one free trial.
