I still need help with my subscription

Hello Adobe Support,

I subscribed to Adobe Lightroom in April. At that time, my monthly payment was around ¥1,480. However, I recently noticed that the monthly charge increased to ¥3,828, even though I have not been actively using the service.

I also discovered that there is an Adobe Stock 10 Assets a Month subscription on my account. I do not remember subscribing to this plan, and I was not aware that it was being charged to my credit card.

For the past four months, monthly payments have been charged to my credit card. Today, when I checked my account, I was surprised to see these charges. I have now canceled the subscription, but the cancellation page shows an additional charge of ¥13,920, which I cannot afford.

I kindly request that you review my account, explain how these charges occurred, cancel all active subscriptions, waive any cancellation fees if possible, and consider a refund for the charges because I did not intend to subscribe to Adobe Stock and have barely used the services.

    your subscription probably renewed at the new charge. once renewed you had another one year obligation that you cancelled before the end of that obligation.

    Hello Adobe Support,

    I would like to request a refund for the charges on my account.

    I only subscribed to and used Lightroom. I never intentionally subscribed to Adobe Stock, and I have never used any Adobe Stock assets or services.

    I was surprised to discover that I had been charged for an Adobe Stock subscription. I do not understand how this subscription was activated, and I was not aware that I was being billed for it.

    As soon as I noticed the charges, I cancelled the subscription immediately. Since I have never used Adobe Stock, I kindly request a full refund of the charges related to that subscription.

    I have been a genuine customer and would greatly appreciate your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
