I subscribed for the adobe plan some time this year, I used it once . It was to amend my documents. Four days later, I unsubscribed on time and got a confirmation email that I have successfully unsubscribed. I was shocked to find my bank statement showing multiple attempts of withdrawals

    Thank you for posting, @amazing_worldview5E0C.

I’m sorry for the confusion and concern regarding these charges.

I reviewed the subscriptions associated with this account and found two separate Adobe Acrobat Pro subscriptions. The first subscription was started on July 31 and canceled on August 4. A second Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription was then started on August 8.

At this time, the August 8 subscription is past due. Before the subscription can be canceled, the billing issue on the account must be resolved.

Since account-specific billing issues cannot be addressed in this public discussion, please contact us directly so we can help correct the account and review the subscription status with you: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.
