I TERMINATE MY SUBSCRIPTION BUT AFTER THE RENEWEL AND CAN'T ACCESS THE APP ANYMORE...

Hello adobe, I did renew my subscription and after I terminate it to not pay it again next year. But I don't understand why I can't use photoshop anymore because I paid this for this year. How do we do ? I can't give 288 euro for free to Adobe who cannot let me use the app again. I need a solution quickly please since It's my work tool. Could you please send me a refund or let me use the app.

as soon as you cancel, your subscription ends. you can start another subscription.
