I tested the free trial and I realized it wasn't it for me so I stopped using the app but today I got charged for the purchase so i requested a refund and filled the form when should I be expecting payment

    I can’t answer your question, but when you stopped using your app, did you go online and cancel your subscription? Just stopping use doesn’t mean anything.

    No I forgot to do that but immediately they debited I cancelled and came online to find a solution
