I think adobe scammed me

I got a mail from adobe 8 days ago;

After this mail, i tried to contact with virtual assistant. But they said they we're close now. Come back later. And i succesfully chatted with them today. I'm putting screenshots of the conversation here and no need to say anything else.

What should i do?

contact your credit card issuer. adobe is detecting something suspicious about that card (i think) and is trying to protect the card owner.

 

if you're the card owner (and made no error while entering the data about the card), then you're the beneficiary of adobe's diligence.  but adobe doesn't know if you're the card owner .

Yes. I even sent the reciept from my bank app.
