I tought I was using trial version of Premiere Pro but purchase it instead without realizing it.

Hello, I’m Şeymanur from Turkiye.
I am a first year student at Yıldız Technical University, Department of Urban and Regional Planning.
In the lesson, urban readings, we needed to use premiere pro for a homework for only once. Because it was only for single use, I decided to buy trial version of this app. Instead of buying trial version of Premiere Pro, I bought Adobe Stock's trial version and bought annual subscruption of Premiere Pro. I suspended both subscruptions but due to misunderstanding I paid for early cansellation fee but it's very high amount of fee for a college student like me. I sincereley wishes you to help me. Thank you.

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
