I tried to cancel my adobe creative cloud but I can't because it goes to infinite loading and adobe took money for a new month when I was trying to cancel it is it possible to cancel my subcription and refund me this months payment

when i try to cancel my subscription it goes into a infinite loading screen and I can’t continue and finalize my cancelation I want to cancel my adobe creative cloud and get refunded this months payment

    We appreciate you reaching out. Did you try the suggestion given by ​@Peru Bob? If you are using a shared wi-fi or a network with software firewall, it would be helpful to try following the cancellation steps using a different device or a different internet connection.

    Try a different browser or a mobile phone with WiFi turned off.
