I trying cancel my plan its says gonna cost me $140

Can any team members contact me please I want to cancel my plan but without fees. Thanks

      • You agreed to an annual subscription which is 12 months of service. 
      • You had 14 days to cancel without penalty. 
      • If you cancelled, you received a confirmation email. check your spam folder. 
      • If you didn't cancel, you have two choices:
        -- Cancel early and pay 50% of remaining months of service. 
        -- Wait until your 12th month of service to cancel without penalty.

    Unless you bought the more expensive monthly subscription, you bought a ONE YEAR subscription, even if you are making monthly payments

     

    To cancel early you pay one half of the remaining subscription year
