I unable to cancel my plan as shown on the forum

Question

I would like to cancel my membership. Interestingly all steps showing on forum is not showing on my account.
And I called with phone number provided, waiting for 1 hour, no response, just song.
Then I used the Chat service, is said service closed.

Could anyone guide how to close Adobe membership?

Hi @defaultgm2a6cx7fd4a,You will have to contact Adobe staff to get your subscription cancelled if you are not able to do it yourself. Try the chat option again it works mostly.
