I've been charged twice in the same month at different rates

 For whatever reason i've been charged twice for creative cloud.

Once at the regular student rate. Which i'm on, but then a day later i ALSO get charged randomly $40 AUD, I beleive its $21.99/month not $61.99/month. 

I went for the support center but they just immediantly ask for my full credit card number!

WHY DO THEY OUT SOURCE THEIR SUPPORT? 

They are so unhelpful, and just copy & paste messages.

If you still need help, scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page.  In the Chat box, type AGENT followed by Enter key and wait for a human.  DO NOT get into a dialogue with the artificial intelligence bot.
