Question

I've been forced into an unwanted subscription

I currently have a photography subscription for my hobbies. Today I checked into my plans because i apparently needed to update my payment information. Sadly I did not notice that Adobe put me on an extra (full) plan and I updateted my information on that plan not realising it was something different. Now i'm forced to pay for 2 subscriptions. When I try to cancel the unneeded plan, I get a notification that I need to pay a (very high) cancellation fee. I've been looking for contact information in my country to explain the situation, but no luck. There is also no chatbot to write and ik can't find an email-adress. What do I do?

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.
