Refund needed as I have cancelled the 7 days free trial and don’t need it.

    Thank you for posting, @Lavish_personality3707.

I understand how frustrating it is to be charged when you believed you had already canceled the services and no longer needed them.

I reviewed the account and can confirm that both Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus and Acrobat Pro subscriptions were started on October 5. The Acrobat AI Assistant Plus subscription was canceled today; however, the Acrobat Pro subscription remains active.

If you would like to cancel the remaining Acrobat Pro subscription, please follow the steps in this HelpX article:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

For information about Adobe's cancellation terms and refund eligibility, please see:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html

Based on the dates involved, if your cancellation qualifies under those terms, any applicable refund is processed automatically once the cancellation is completed.
