I've had the Behance Pro Annual Subscription for 1 year and want to cancel but when i try to cancel on the Adobe website it keeps giving me an error message.. How do I cancel?

I go to PLANS, click MANAGE PLAN, click CANCEL YOUR PLAN, it buffers, then takes me back to my Account Plans page and a Red Error message pops up from the bottom of my browser screen saying AN ERROR OCCURRED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN (you can see in the screenshot i just took). That Error pops up every time and no matter what browser or hardware i use, i get the same thing. its literally stopping me from canceling my plan.
