I've read many articles complaining about not being able to remove VISA cards from accounts, but I still wanted to post this to emphasize that users don't like it.

This makes me feel uncomfortable when I sign up for a monthly subscription to use and want to cancel when I no longer need it, but I am tied to my VISA card and have to pay a fine for early cancellation. Obviously, I pay in advance and use it. Then, why the penalty? I'm not good at English so I have to use Google Translate to write this.
