I've waited 7 business days for my refund and I still haven't gotten it
I cancelled 12 days after I tried the Adobe CC apps. I still haven't gotten my refund.
Aizakku, thanks for posting about the status of your subscription to this public discussion forum. I can confirm that you canceled your subscription successfully last week. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process, not including weekends and holidays. Thanks for your patience, and I am sorry you did not find more value from our services.
