I want a refund

I wanted to test one feature of one application. I tested the feature and I was unhappy with the results. But I did not immediately cancel the plan because I thought I might need the product in question in the near future. I have not used any Adobe aplication since (close to 1 year). I have been extremely busy with university. I don't have much money. I don't deserve to pay a protracted monthly fee for the privilage of maybe having the right tool if I need it, and the cancelation fee is just insulting to me. What value has Adobe provided to me for my monthly payments? An option? I had that option before you had your fingers in my wallet. Please refund me.

that's like saying you leased an apartment, but never stayed in it so you shouldn't have to pay.

in any case, these are user-to-user forums. and while i'm doubtful adobe support will be more sympathetic, you can try:

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

I'm sorry but you knew you were ordering when you gave Adobe your credit card and downloaded & installed the software.  If you neglected to cancel right away, that's not Adobe's failure.  They provided you with the products & services you ordered, regardless of whether or not you used them.  Obviously you're intelligent enough to attend a university.  So why aren't you checking your bank statements EVERY month?
