All I want is a full refund on a subscription that I did not want and you guys still proceeded to make the transaction.

Can the adobe team just take a look at my account, cancel the subscription that I’m not even using and refund me my money?

Please, that’s all I ask.

Please contact me directly.

    Hi there,

I understand why this situation may be frustrating.

After reviewing your account, I can see that your Creative Cloud Pro subscription is currently being canceled. At this time, no refund has been issued.

The 14-day refund policy applies only to new subscriptions. Your subscription was purchased more than two years ago, so it does not qualify under that policy.

If you have any other questions about your subscription or billing, please let us know. We're happy to help clarify anything further.

    Thanks

Thank you buy I have already seen these links. I have already cancelled the subscription but on my bank transaction history the amount has been deducted. They even sent an invoice. How do I request the refund? It is still within 14 days of the unwilling payment. Is there a way to make sure they see this? Or to follow through with my refund request?
