Question

I want a refund for the subscription

How can I get a refund for a subscription that was made without my permission. I want to make a refund if possible. I agreed to a free subscription for a week a long time ago, and I completely forgot to cancel it. Now I've been charged the money I really needed. Now I really want my money back. I hope for understanding

use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to find the billed account and then check that account ( https://account.adobe.com )

if you no longer want the display subscription(s), cancel each.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

You need to call customer service, not post on the user forums. I believe you have/had a 30-day grace period to cancel, but if its been that long, you may have to pay a cancelation fee. I believe the fee is 50% of the remaining subscription cost, but customer service will give you the facts.

If you did a 7 day trial, you DID agree to the subscription, so it WAS made with your permission. You just didn't read the terms. Don't make it sound as if Adobe did something wrong. I always enter a cancelation event on my calendar one day before a trail ends so I remember to cancel it.

Hi asselkhan_6816,

We are here to help you. I see you had purchased an Acrobat subscription and now it is suspended due to billing issues. Kindly visit your Adobe account to resolve the billing issue and then cancel you plan. Adobe account: https://adobe.ly/3E9xqcO;

Hope this helps!

Thanks
