i want a refund on adobe effects and stocks

I wanted to try out adobe after effects but i forgot to cancel the payment. i heard of the 14 day refund window but i can not find it. i need help with with it because it is saying that i also had adobe stock, i believe i looked at it but i never made the purchase. i hope adobe fixes it and makes it easier to find things. it already payed for the after effects but it says i owe 30 dollars for adobe stock. i can not do that because i don't have enough money, and i can't cancel the adobe stock because i have to pay first. if i could have assistance from support crew i would like to arrange something so that i don't have to pay for the stocks and i can cancel the payment.  and so i can refund adobe after effects.

you have to cancel your subscription.  you can't cancel if you have payment problems.

then make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

Im so confused right now, i see others doing the same and employees reply to them and they sort it out.

i want to add that i didn't have enough time to even try adobe after effects. and i have no use for it anymore. also there is more time so that i can refund it. i believe that i starte the trial on sep 7, and it charged me the money today. so i should still be eligible for refund.
