i was offered a free trial, but had no intention of using it after the free trial ended. the last day i was shocked to see it renewed without a reminder or warning, though it said before that they would. i ended up never using it, even during the free trial. i want my money back!!

    you need to cancel before your trial automatically tolls into a paid subscription.
