HONESTLY I REALLY NEED MY REFUND!! Now a supervisor is telling me that my refund was again unsuccessful how many attempts are you guys going to make til something happens?? You cannot just click click to the end and just resolve it later. There needs to an action!!

    I can confirm that you completed the cancellation process on April 1st. Please be aware that any refunds issued will take up to 14 days. It depends on the country and financial institutions involved, @iwantmyrefundpls, and the refunds often arrive sooner.

    I am trying to reach out again because I read on one of the post that if you message and keep persisting then eventually they will hear you out. I’m trying to do that daily since my cancellation and refund request was initiated.

    I have canceled my subscription right after I was charged so that’s still within the 14 days refund eligibility. I have been contacting your team since April 1 and I always get the “5-7 business days” answer when it’s concerning that the day is moving and the timeline isn’t! It’s also not fair to keep our money for that long and just take it away within seconds. It seems really unfair and unreasonable. Some other companies have issued refund within the hour! I keep getting “escalated” or “back end team” when nothing is really happening and progressing!!!
