Question

I want to ask about a payment that has been charged even though I have cancelled all of the plans before the end of the free trial date

Hello,

I have opted for the free trial version of several Adobe products. I have canceled all of them before the expiration date of the trial and received a confirmation of the cancellation in the email (there were no active plans on my account); however, I have been charged today the full amount as if I had not canceled them.

The payment details are the following:

Tranzactie comerciant - Tranz: Nr card 546805XXXXXX5990, Ref 902293984152, Suma platita 118.96 EUR, Suma in valuta contului 630.9 RON. Comision: 15.77 RON. Locatie: 05344265 IE Adobe ADOBE.COM. Data_Ora: 08-06-2026 07:12:29

I request a full refund,

Thank you, and I await a prompt reply

Thank you for posting to this public discussion forum, @Adi112.

I am sorry for any confusion you have encountered while managing your different Adobe accounts and commitments. I can confirm that there are no active subscriptions associated with the account you used to create this public discussion thread.

You canceled the previous subscriptions successfully in early May, @Adi112.

As suggested by @kglad, please go to https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to find the account with the recent charges. It can take 2-3 days for a charge to appear, so check another day if you don't find any results.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any questions.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the reply.

I have checked, and it confirmed that a payment was charged for this account, but there was no info on whether it would be refunded, nor did I see any way to request the refund.

Could you advise me further on what to do?

    Thank you kindly,

    Hi @Adi112,

I confirm that there is no transaction requested by Adobe post April 30, 2026. Did you check with your bank about the transactions? Also, please check if you have subscribed using a different email address as well.

If you cancelled within the specified duration then you should get a refund and refunds are automatic which generally reflect in bank account in around 14 days

    Refund eligibility https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html

Use the following link to ensure that you are still not subscribed to any plan https://account.adobe.com/plans

Could you confirm that the following is stating that there are no active subscriptions?

And that the refund is being processed even though the charging should not have taken place at all?

    Thank you kindly,

I don’t read the language but based on what AI told me you are not subscribed to any plan. You must have also got the confirmation email when you cancelled. I am not an employee of Adobe so I can’t confirm about the refund status
