I want to cancel

Dear,

 

I have cancelled my plan. I'm sure I cancelled within the 7 days. I didn't use Adobe because I couldn't install it. 

Still I have to pay 24,99€ for something I didn't use or planning of using at all. 

How to cancel without fees? Is this legal to make me pay a whole year for something I don't use and don't want to have?

    What do you see for your account at https://account.adobe.com/ - does that show that you cancelled?

    Do you have an email verifying that you cancelled?

    Hello,

    No. I cannot find any confirmation mail. I'm sure that I cancelled within the 7 days.

    According to the Belgian law it is not legal to make me pay for a yearly subscription. Can I contact the responsible for Belgium?

    I don't want Adobe. I never used it and I'm not planning to. I cannot afford 25 euros a month for 1 year.
