A year ago, I ordered an annual Creative Cloud Pro student subscription and paid €243 for it. Yesterday, my subscription renewed automatically, but the price was €504 instead of the original amount. Is it possible to get a refund if I cancel my subscription and then subscribe again at the student rate for a year?
