I want to cancel my account but "manage plan" isnt there. Idk how to contact administrator

Question

I want to cancel my account but "manage plan" doesn't pop up. I believe I have a student account.

I can't contact/chat with anyone because I get a pop-up that says "Please contact your administrator for help.
A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help." and I don't know how to contact them.

Faith, thanks for posting about your recent subscription commitments to this public discussion forum. Manage plan is unavailable because there are no active subscriptions under the account you used to start this public discussion.

Please see https://adobe.ly/47NraUd for information on how you can locate the source of any charges from Adobe. Once you are logged in under the correct account then see https://adobe.ly/45BvCUR if you wish to end your subscription commitment. You do have to be logged in under the correct account, though, to make those decisions. ^JW
