I want to cancel my free trial. I don't want to pay.

    Start by signing in at https://account.adobe.com/plans

    Hi @Aras3443785650h9,

    Free trial lasts for 7days. Since you cancelled your subscription on the 9th day, you would have been charged with the subscription fee. However, you are eligible for refund. It should come back to your account within next 5-7business days.

    if you have trouble with the self-cancel described above, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html and then contact adobe support.

    there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x). because of holidays, their hours may be more limited than usual.

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    tweet @AdobeCare

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
