I want to cancel my free trial after 7day trial

As we checked your account, we can see that your free trial has converted to a paid plan, and the subscription is currently active. It has been 7 days since the paid plan started, and you still have another 7 days to cancel the plan and be eligible for a refund.

Please note that you will first need to clear the outstanding dues. Once the payment is completed, you can proceed with the cancellation.

After successfully canceling the plan, you will receive a cancellation confirmation.

you should have canceled during the trial period.  at this point you can appeal to adobe support via chat or social media.

Cancellation fee is applicable if you cancel after 14 days of initial purchase. See the following article for more details
