I purchased a subscription and it had free trail 

i used only one time to try if it feets my need 

i am not planning to use it 

i was charged and i want my money back because i am not using it

    We confirm Adobe has initiated a refund a day ago when you cancelled your plan. It may take 12-14 days for the refund to get processed.
