I want to cancel my subscription but do not have access to my email address

I would like to cancel a subscription with Adobe but I do not have access to the email address I used to setup the account, or remember my password. Can someone help with this please?

please don't post duplicate messages.

contact your previous employer and ask to restore your previous email for the brief period needed to cancel your subscription.

It is my old university email address, I have already asked them and they do not have the facility to do that. Any other suggestions?
