I want to cancel plan

Question

A month ago, I tried to use the trial version of Premiere Pro.

And I registered my credit card to use it.

After that downloading I didn't use that version at all so I want to cancel the plan.

However, if I want to cancel it, I have to pay 120,000 won in Korean money. And I cannot afford with it.

Is there any way that I can cancel the plan and get a full refund ? (I didn't use it at all. I just use the trial version.)

The cancellation fee is mentioned in the terms and conditions when you sign up for the plan. I would suggest you contact support and see if they can give you a waiver on your cancellation fees. These are peer to peer forums and no one here has access to your account information and hence can't help. Click on the following link
