I want to change my account email address, how can I change?

When I try to change the primarily email, this error message comes:
An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.

What should I do?

Before we suggest additional troubleshooting steps, could you let us know why you're trying to change the email address?

For example:

Are you trying to replace an old email address with a new one?
Are you trying to stop using an Apple Hide My Email address?
Are you attempting to move a subscription or assets to a different account?

The reason for the change can help determine the appropriate next steps, especially if multiple Adobe accounts are involved.

Yes I am attempting to move a subscription or assets to a different account, due to the fact that I paid it by my self.

Hi RamrKSA, we understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for. Unfortunately, it is not possible to move an Adobe subscription to a different Adobe ID. However, you can change the email address associated with your existing susbcription by following the steps shared above.
