I want to change my current plan to student discount plan without paying extra panelty charge.

I'm a Korean university student and using adobe in Korea. However I forgot to update and certify my current state of education, so my plan automatically updated as a common plan which I can't get student discount. Therefore if I want to change my plan, I have to cancel the current plan and re-verify my current state of education, but in order to do that I have to pay panelty charge for canceling the plan. I strongly refuse to pay extra charge and want to continue my plan with student discount, but it seems like Adobe Korea can't help me out with this condition.
