I want to delete my account but dont have access to the registered email and phone number anymore

Hello community,

as the title reads; I have to delete my account / cancel my plan but I dont have access to the registered email and phone number anymore (posting this question with my private e-mail, not linked to the account I have to delete).

When I use the chatbot, it keeps referring me to logging in, which I cant since I dont know the password.
